Online tutoring is offered nationwide. In-person tutoring is available for Central Florida families on a limited basis, scheduled in advance.
Mathematics, English Language Arts, Science, Social Studies, and Test Prep (state tests and SAT/ACT), plus Skills-Based Work. We also offer ASL Lessons, Computer Basics, and Book Clubs as specialty programs.
Kindergarten through high school. Booking is organized by grade: Kindergarten, 1st–5th Grade, and Middle/High School.
All instructors are certified teachers or actively working toward certification. JA Academics was founded by Adam and Jennifer Finkle, certified Florida teachers. Between our founders and tutors, we bring over 100 years of combined teaching experience, with certifications, degrees, and endorsements spanning Elementary Education, ESOL, Gifted, Math, STEM, and Leadership.
Maximum 10 students per class, and 1–2 students for SAT/ACT prep.
Pricing varies by service. One-on-one private lessons are $50/hour. On-demand homework help is $25 per 15-minute session, or $100 for a 10-session bundle. The 4-Class Combo is $100 (sale, regularly $125). SAT/ACT small-group prep is $80/hour. Florida homeschool evaluations are $35 for the first child and $25 for each additional. Yes. Florida law requires homeschool families to submit an annual evaluation. Our Florida-certified teachers review your child's portfolio, meet with the student, and provide the signed evaluation you file with your district. $35 for the first child and $25 for each additional. (This service is for Florida homeschool families.)
